451

To start off each song for now on, I will give a short history and my own input on it. 451 was written primarily by Chris Walker, and I finished it up (added like 3 lines in the second stanza).
I had read Fahrenheit 451, and let him borrow it. Once he was done with it, he had an interesting run with fellow co-workers. They told him reading was for fags. In his anger, he wrote what you see now, which is about the dumbing down of language in entertainment, but mainly music. I have wrote a bit of music for this, and it has a Rage Against the Machine feel to it. I consider it the first song any one of us wrote that was any good. enjoy.

Lupe tried to tell you to dumb it down

We decided we didn't wanna hear the sound

Keep our brains melting til they hit the ground

They say with ignorance comes with a cuphouse bliss

Now thinks the shit that we couldn't miss

So, go ahead and bring it back around

Keep that oven at 451!! (4*)

Why spend two days when I can spend two hours

Why I gotta plant a garden just to see the flower

Why bother with progression, instead of push with power

Push back all those pointless phrases

Let's make it up with actors and stages

Burn down that fucking literature tower

Keep at oven at 451!!! (4*)

They say we think too much

They say we talk too much

I say it's proper preparation

For a whole new music revolution

Can you hear the hitting as it starts to get loud

Get back to earth, keep you head out of the clouds

What the fuck are we gonna do now

Knock one back and light another one up

WIth the rest of the world, getting fucked up

So go ahead Don, and bring it around
